Documents needed for (state and federal) fuel assistance:
- Photo ID of all adults in the household
- SS card (if they are a renewal and just need copies, they do not need the card) of everyone in the household.
- Proof of income ( SS benefits letter they get once a year, pension statements, 8 recent wage stubs, child support, etc.…Any income…
- Proof of residency-their lease or if they own, mortgage statement, real estate tax bill, home owners insurance policy (the last two may be covered in a mortgage), water bill
- Heat bill (with company and acct number)
- Electric bill (with company and acct number)
